wat maak julle manne met die seningrigge lies vleis. ek het omtrent 15 kg blesbok, impala en rhebok vleis van die laaste paar jagte wat vol seenings is. ek dink die vleis is te erg vir wors en dink dalk dat kook vleis vir pastei sal werk.

Dis mos nie lekker om aan n droe sening te kou nie . Maar ek sal n klein "batch" hang en sien hoe dit loop.

Hi Steph,

Ek aanvaar jy praat van die lieslappe? Ek maal hulle gewoonlik saam met die wors vleis.

Die skape se lieslappe sny ek in klein repe, mariner hulle en braai op die vuur as n snack. Het dit nog nie probeer met wild nie. Kan miskien bietjie droog wees.
